Your journey begins on the afternoon of Friday, January 10th, as you arrive at a beautifully designed architectural gem that will be your home for the weekend. After settling in, you'll be welcomed with refreshing drinks and introduced to your fellow aesthetic explorers. As the sun sets, a local chef will treat you to a three-course dinner made from the finest local ingredients, setting the tone for a weekend of culinary delight and connection. For those who wish, there's the unique opportunity to accompany the chef to the local market, where you'll gather ingredients and gain insight into Greyton's rich culinary traditions.
On Saturday morning, start your day with freshly brewed coffee and croissants before embarking on a light hike to a secluded waterfall. Here, you'll experience the tranquil beauty of the area, enjoy a refreshing swim, and partake in a Buchu tea tasting with a local ceramicist. Should the weather turn, we have a delightful alternative planned—a visit to Lismore Vineyards, where you can savor the region's renowned wines.
