Micha, originally from Berlin, has spent over 20 years in the travel industry, working his way up to become an experience designer. His love for exploring the world began at 16 with his first solo trip to Kuala Lumpur, igniting a career that blends his interests in hospitality, aviation & creative storytelling. At aēsplore, Micha focuses on curating unique travel experiences, as well as shaping the brand & its marketing communications.
Tom, originally from Cape Town, brings a deep appreciation for mindful living & exploration to aēsplore. With experience launching a startup in the local art scene & a background in product management, Tom is the quiet force that keeps things running smoothly. His love for mindful practices led him to live in a monastery in Sri Lanka, where he cultivated a thoughtful approach to life & travel. Together, Micha & Tom are on a mission to redefine travel, celebrate local design communities, & make their unique worlds accessible to like-minded aesthetic explorers.
