Tim Müller’s career began conventionally, with a background in Marketing and Business Administration. However, his creative instincts soon drew him away from the corporate world and into the realm of photography. What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a full-fledged career, earning Tim recognition as one of the top 200 commercial photographers worldwide. His work was distinguished by a meticulous attention to detail and a unique ability to capture the beauty in everyday moments.

But as his success in photography grew, so did his curiosity about other forms of craftsmanship. Drawn to the vineyards of Cape Town, Tim immersed himself in the study of winemaking at the Cape Wine Academy. This new passion led to the co-founding of Deutsche Spirituosen Manufaktur (DSM) in Berlin, a small-batch distillery that reflects Tim’s love for precision and purity. DSM produces high-quality spirits, each bottle a testament to Tim’s dedication to the craft and his belief in the importance of the entire process—from the selection of ingredients to the final distillation.
